If you purchase prepaid water and the token message does not come through, you no longer have to wait for our staff to retrieve it for you.
You can now retrieve your last two (2) purchased tokens yourself using our *2424# USSD platform.

If you purchase prepaid water and the token message does not come through, you no longer have to wait for our staff to retrieve it for you.

You can now retrieve your last two (2) purchased tokens yourself using our *2424# USSD platform.

Simply follow these steps:

1. Dial *2424#

2. Select Option 8 – Get Last Tokens

3. Enter your meter number

4. Your last two purchased tokens will be displayed

This option gives you quicker access to your tokens and reduces the need to contact or wait for our staff whenever a token message is delayed or not received.
